Dr. Zhi "Jenny" Zheng

Dr. Zheng received her PhD degree in the ECE Department at Vanderbilt University in 2016 and joined the Center for Human-Centered Computing at ICC as a research assistant professor. She received her B.S. (2008) in Biomedical Engineering, and her M.S. (2011) in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from Xidian University. Then she received her M.S. (2013) from Vanderbilt University. Her broad research interests include Human-Machine Interaction, Social Robotics, and Human-Centered Computing. Dr. Zheng has extensive experience on the design and development of technology-assisted intervention systems for children with developmental disabilities. She is also interested in engineering education research.
